From infants to teenagers, we offer an environment that runs just like a family. Everyone knows everyone. Our centers are a place to watch your family grow, learn, play, and love!
Our teachers have their certifications in the following; infant/toddler certification, CDA, Associates degree, Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, etc. in the related education, health sciences, and/or social sciences. Additionally, all teachers receive professional development by The Step by Step School and NJCCIS.
We believe in positive reinforcement and redirecting attention and behavior. We believe mistakes are learning opportunities. Our goal is for students to understand their choices and to learn from them. Never to punish them. We do not believe in time-outs. However, we do believe students are responsible for their choices, decisions, and the developmentally- appropriate consequences that come about. Our Clover Model philosophy helps guide students with social-emotional exploration to help manage and understand their feelings and behavior.
Of course! We host parent mingles, Back to School Night, Parent’s Night, etc. and always promote parental involvement.
